Well thanks to everyone who left me helpful comments! They are greatly appreciated! I have a few more questions though. These are more opinionated questions than questions on information.

1. What exchange program did you use (example - AFS, Rotary)?
2. What is the best thing about being an exchange student?
3. Worst?
4. How long are you staying?
5. Was it easy to make friends?
6. Were you homesick for a while?
7. Did you get tutored on the language when you got to the country?
8. If you had a second chance to decide, would you do it all over again?

Hey, everyone! Well, if you didn't read my "About Me" area, then you don't know my purpose for this xanga. I'm thinking about looking into being an exchange student to Norway. I do not, however, know much about the whole process. This xanga was created so that I can maybe get some information or suggestions from people who have been/are exchange students. If have any information at all, want to offer a suggestion, give and opinion, or describe something about your trip as being an exchange student, feel free to leave me a comment.

1. Do you have to have a certain GPA to be an exchange student?
2. Are all students applying to be an exchange student get in?
3. Would you suggest trying to learn some of the language of the country you are going to visit?
4. Do you get to pick which country you go to?
5. Do you get to have family come visit or go visit family?
6. What is Rotary?
